I don't know the internals of Blurb well enough to know if there's anything else that is needed, but the changes here all make sense to me.

Prompted by python/cpython#159386 (comment), I suggest we add a few more sections for platforms we support (and a catch-all for those we don't). To reduce the number of sections, I merged WASI and Emscripten into WebAssembly, I hope that's alright.
