Adds react-native-pose-detection: real-time human pose detection for React Native and Expo, with 33 body landmarks per frame from MediaPipe, detected and drawn natively on iOS and Android, plus landmarks and painted copies from photos and videos.

• The package lives in packages/core of its repository, so githubUrl points there and npmPkg is set.
• iOS and Android, new architecture, with an Expo config plugin. It needs a development build, so it does not work in Expo Go.
• The example apps (Expo and bare React Native) are in example/, and the image is a frame the library painted.
