Summary

Fixes two denial-of-service advisories:

Finding Advisory Change
CVE-2026-87776 GHSA-vc2v-76pw-4v95: compression memory leak on premature response close compression 1.8.1 → 1.8.2
CVE-2026-93749 GHSA-68fv-2mgg-jv7q: source-map-js event-loop DoS via indexed section offsets source-map-js 1.2.1 → 1.2.2

Both are transitive dev dependencies that come in through expo. The patched releases are within the existing ^1.7.4 and ^1.2.1 ranges, so only the lockfiles change: no package.json edits and no overrides. compression 1.8.2 adds a dependency on destroy@1.2.0, which is already in both lockfiles.

Verification

  • yarn install --frozen-lockfile --ignore-scripts and npm ci --ignore-scripts succeed
  • yarn build passes
  • npm audit no longer reports compression or source-map-js

Not included: node-forge (CVE-2026-85393)

GHSA-86w9-cpqp-85rv covers <= 1.4.0 and lists no patched version. 1.4.0 is the newest release on npm. node-forge comes in through expo → @expo/cli, and the latest @expo/cli still depends on it, so neither a bump nor an override can fix it yet.
