Pillow 13.0.0 was released on PyPI as an sdist with no riscv64 wheel, so the unpinned pillow in upstream's requirements.txt resolved to it and failed to build in the test environment (no libjpeg headers in the manylinux image). Restrict pillow to binaries so pip uses the riscv64 wheels from pypi.riseproject.dev.

materialyoucolor3.0.4Compiles the material-color-utilities C++ quantizer as a pybind11 extension. Upstream publishes no riscv64 wheel.
Mirrors upstream's

Testing
License: Wheel bundles material-color-utilities sources (Apache-2.0) and stb_image (MIT or public domain); upstream ships no licence text for them, so the build adds it.
Built on cp312; results to follow from CI.
