Fork of coleifer/sqlcipher3 published under its own distribution name with a much wider upstream platform matrix. Same conan + OpenSSL build shape and the same riscv64 fix already proven for the sqlcipher3 package (CONAN_OPENSSL_CONFIGURATION=linux-generic64); the amalgamation is generated from the sqlcipher submodule on a standard runner first, mirroring upstream's own two-job split. Reuses the sqlcipher3 0.6.2 licence patch verbatim (same SQLCipher 4.12.0 / OpenSSL 3.6.0 releases).
python -P only exists on Python 3.11+, so the cp39 and cp310 test commands failed with 'Unknown option: -P'. -I also keeps the script's directory, and the in-tree egg-info in it, off sys.path.

sqlcipher3-wheels0.5.7Compiles the sqlcipher3 DB-API extension against a conan-built OpenSSL and a from-source SQLCipher amalgamation. Upstream publishes no riscv64 wheel.
Mirrors upstream's
pythonpackage.yml(theprepare-sqlite+build-wheelsjobs).Differs from upstream
CONAN_OPENSSL_CONFIGURATION=linux-generic64- conan's openssl recipe has no riscv64 Configure target, same fix as the siblingsqlcipher3packageTesting
python {project}/tests/), plus the same encryption round-trip smoke test already used forsqlcipher3, since it's the same conan-built OpenSSL and SQLCipher releaseLicense: Wheel bundles SQLCipher 4.12.0 (BSD-3-Clause) and OpenSSL 3.6.0 (Apache-2.0); upstream ships no licence text for either, so the build adds it.
Patches
0001-Ship-the-licences-of-the-bundled-SQLCipher-and-OpenSSL.patch- Not yet submitted upstream. Adds the two licence files above; reused verbatim from the existingsqlcipher30.6.2 patch (identical SQLCipher/OpenSSL releases). Reproduces on x86 too.Draft while riscv64 CI runs (first build of this fork; expect at least one iteration).
