No Qt binding has a riscv64 wheel, so every test module under silx.gui, silx.app.view, silx.app.compare and silx.test.test_sx failed to import during collection (57 errors, pytest exit 2). Leave them out with absolute --ignore paths computed from the installed package. h5pyd 1.0, released after silx 3.1.1, probes /about, which the mock HSDS server in test_open_h5pyd does not serve, so that test retried for minutes and failed. Pin h5pyd<1.

silx3.1.1Compiles silx's Cython/C/C++ extensions (image, math, io and specfile modules) with meson-python. Upstream publishes no riscv64 wheel.

Testing
full,testextras because none has a riscv64 wheel. The Qt, OpenGL and OpenCL tests stay disabled, as upstream configures them.License: OK
