Both build attempts of 0.5.224 lost the runner about 3.6 hours in, on two different runners, with no log uploaded. Upstream's release profile links the whole ~800-crate substrate into one cdylib with thin LTO and a single codegen unit, sized for a 31 GiB machine; the riscv64 runners have 15 GiB and no usable swap. Return to cargo's default release LTO and codegen-unit settings (what upstream shipped before CIRISServer#378) and cap cargo at two jobs. The existing FFI symbol inventory steps still gate the exported surface.

ciris_server._native(with the CIRISPersist/CIRISEdge/CIRISVerify cores folded in) as onecp310-abi3wheel. Upstream publishes no riscv64 wheel.Mirrors upstream's

License: Wheel bundles OpenSSL (Apache-2.0), libdbus (AFL-2.1) and Oniguruma (BSD-2-Clause); upstream ships no licence text for them, so the build adds it.
