nightly: accept pure-Python wheels in check_deprecated_packages - #3515

Some deprecated packages no longer ship a riscv64 wheel because upstream switched to a pure-Python wheel (e.g. tensordict now only publishes tensordict-0.15.1-py3-none-any.whl), which still installs on riscv64. Treat a *-none-any.whl as valid so the check no longer fails on them. Signed-off-by: Julien Stephan <jstephan@baylibre.com>

This will fix the check_deprecated_packages job.
