The CompanyGraph section named the meta-model, the graph of Markdown, the tooling, the talks and consulting, and said nothing about the server an agent reaches the model through. The GuestGraph section directly above it lists MCP inside its planned commercial part, so a reader was told the agent story belongs to the idea that has not built one and not to the idea that has: companygraph/mcp-server ships, runs at mcp.blust.ch and is in the MCP Registry as ch.blust/mental-model.

Part 03 is now the tooling and the server, and it opens with the server because that is the half that ships — read-only, serving any instance, running on the reference instance and listed in the registry. The CLI keeps its four commands and its specified-and-unbuilt status, and the agent skills keep theirs. The maturity bar moves from 30 to 55 and its label from skills built to server shipped; both are the owner's and were chosen by him. The section stays five parts, so no number moves.

This is a draft for three reasons, and none of them is a defect in the diff.

The German is not written, and deliberately. TRANSLATOR.md gives it to the translator after the owner has reviewed the English, and the writer never touches a -de attribute, so part 03's heading, paragraph and bar label still carry the German of the tooling alone. That is the next step, not this one.

npm run og is owed, and it is the one red check. ideas/og.png is the page rendered, and og:check re-derives a hash of what went into the card, so a changed page means a stale card until the exporter runs. It needs a browser, so it could not run here: the node builds on this machine are x86 and the machine is arm64, so node does not execute at all.

npm run sitemap was owed too and is done. The check named the date it wanted, 2026-09-18 for /ideas/, so the second commit sets it by hand rather than leaving a second failure standing behind the first; the generator still has not run, and the next real npm run sitemap should agree with it.

Sibling: companygraph/.github#15 and companygraph/meta-model#91, which carry the server into the organization profile and the meta-model README.

Verified: sh conventions/conventions-check passes, the page parses without error and its 71 data-de attributes are intact; in CI conventions / conventions passes and sitemap:check now does too, leaving og:check as the only failure. No JavaScript check ran locally, for the reason above.

The German is now written, by the translator role after the owner reviewed the English. Three data-de values changed and no English word: the heading is Die Werkzeuge und der Server, the bar label Server ausgeliefert, CLI nicht, and the paragraph opens Ein MCP-Server, der ausgeliefert ist: Ein KI-Agent verbindet sich und fragt das Modell direkt. It runs seven German sentences to the English four, because German would otherwise stack the qualifiers the English carries in one clause.

Nine terms had to be chosen with no row in GLOSSARY.md, and they are recorded here rather than left in an attribute, which is the failure the surface round already cost once. MCP-Server masculine, hyphenated after the deck's MCP-Tools, with MCP itself English as part 05 already writes it. KI-Agent, from that same part. nur lesend for read-only, not schreibgeschützt, which says write-protected and describes a file rather than what a server offers. MCP Registry English as a proper name and feminine, in der MCP Registry, which is the part worth a row because im MCP Registry would be wrong everywhere else the family writes it. ausgeliefert for ships, because it carries released-and-running, the contrast this part draws against the CLI, where gebaut says only built. deklariert for declares, Beleg for evidence, Anspruch for claim, Entität for entity and Typ for type are all forms /model/ or part 01 already uses, so precedent rather than invention, but none has a row either.

One thing the translator found and did not change. The closing sentence's die zahlende Hälfte means the paying half, where the English says the paid half; die bezahlte Hälfte or die kostenpflichtige Hälfte would be right. It is reviewed German that this change did not touch, and the same sentence is mirrored in the GuestGraph section, so it wants its own dispatch across both parts rather than a correction smuggled in here.

og:check is still the one red check, and npm run og still cannot run on this machine.

The CompanyGraph section named the meta-model, the graph, the tooling, the
talks and consulting, and said nothing about the server an agent reaches the
model through. The GuestGraph section above it lists MCP inside its planned
commercial part, so the page implied the agent story belonged to the idea that
has not built one and not to the idea that has.

Part 03 is now the tooling and the server, opening with the server because
that is the half that ships: read-only, serving any instance, running on the
reference instance and in the MCP Registry. The CLI keeps its four commands
and its specified-and-unbuilt status, and the skills keep theirs. The bar
moves from 30 to 55 and its label from skills built to server shipped.

The German is not written. WRITING.md gives it to the translator after the
owner has reviewed the English, so the three German strings of part 03 — the
heading, the paragraph and the bar label — still describe the tooling alone.

Verified: `sh conventions/conventions-check` passes and the page parses. None
of the JavaScript checks ran: the node builds on this machine are x86 and it
is arm64, so `og` and `sitemap` are owed before this is green.

`sitemap:check` wanted 2026-09-18 for `/ideas/` and the file still read
2026-09-17. Set by hand from the value the check printed, because `npm run
sitemap` cannot run here: the node builds on this machine are x86 and it is
arm64.

Verified: the date is the one `sitemap:check` named in the failing run of
35309354762; the generator itself has not run.

The English was reviewed and the German still described the tooling alone, so
the heading, the paragraph and the bar label now carry the server: MCP-Server,
nur lesend, in der MCP Registry eingetragen, beside the CLI that stays
spezifiziert und ungebaut. The paragraph runs seven German sentences to the
English four, because German would otherwise stack the qualifiers the English
carries in one clause.

Every term chosen without a glossary row is recorded in the pull request, so
the choice does not live only in a data-de attribute the way surface once did.

Verified: only three data-de values changed and no English word; no em-dash and
no ß in the German; the page parses and its 71 data-de attributes are intact;
`sh conventions/conventions-check` passes.

`ideas/og.png` is the page rendered, so rewriting part 03 left the card
advertising the section without the server. Re-rendered, and its stamp moves
with it. The two talk cards re-rendered to different bytes without a stamp
change and are left as they were, as the last two card changes also left them.

`npm run sitemap` produced no diff, which says the date set by hand in the
previous commit is the one the generator writes.

Verified: `og:check`, `sitemap:check`, `design:check`, `pages:check`,
`pin:check`, `model:check`, `test:build`, `test:og`, `test:dupes` and `verify`
against a local server all pass, and `sh conventions/conventions-check` passes.
