Takes robertblust/conventions v1.17.0, which adds eleven rows to GLOSSARY.md for the terms a German text needs to describe an MCP server. It moves from v1.15.0, so v1.16.0 comes with it: four more rows, and `surface` capitalized to `Surface` with its definition corrected. That release was tagged and no member took it, so one re-sync carries two. The pin, the vendored copy, the AGENTS.md block and the workflow's check.yml@ reference move together; nothing else here changes. Verified: `sh conventions/conventions-sync check` and `sh conventions/conventions-check` pass. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
