Roles & permissions

As far as I can tell we'll be having 3 types of content:

• RL team created
• user contributed resources
• comments
  (if resources and comments are enabled obviously)

So I suggest following roles & permissions:

• administrator (full rights)
• editor (can edit all content & comments by everyone, but no system configuration permissions)
• moderator (can edit comments by everyone)
• authenticated (can edit all own content, and own comments)

First three roles on an invite-only basis, last one simply by registering (with auto approval)
