@cottsay the only failure in the Windows build is a test that normally doesn't fail (test_tutorial_parameter_events_async). The rest of them are not related to the Connext RMW.

Here's a targeted build at demo_nodes_cpp. If it passes, we'll call it a flake.

@knmcguire the build failed very early on for reasons unrelated to the changes in this pull request. Can you take a look and launch a new validation? Also, can you just run the demo_nodes_cpp tests?

@mjcarroll or anyone, I dont have the rights to update this branch to the latest master. Could anyone do that
