Only vite itself and its own transitive/bundled dependency tree moved (rolldown 1.2.1→1.2.14, @oxc-project/types 0.142.0→0.154.0, postcss 8.5.25→8.5.31, nanoid 3.3.16→3.3.20, picomatch 4.0.5→4.0.7, source-map-js 1.2.1→1.2.2, plus the optional platform-specific @rolldown/binding-* packages bumping in lockstep and the wasm32-wasi binding being replaced by android-arm-eabi). All of these are vite's own declared dependencies shifting to satisfy its new package.json ranges — no unrelated package moved.

Prior pins: none found. git log --oneline --grep=vite shows only routine dependabot/dashboard-deps-group bumps plus one unrelated fix (59c3d01, bumping @vitejs/plugin-react to ^5.2.0 for vite 8 compatibility back when vite 8 was first introduced). That plugin-react peer range (^4.2.0 || ^5.0.0 || ^6.0.0 || ^7.0.0 || ^8.0.0) already covers vite 8.3.x, so no new compatibility work is needed here.

Conflict check: not independently re-run — this sandbox blocks executing npm/git fetch directly (approval-gated, and no human is present in this unattended run to grant it). Deferring to CI's build check below, which runs npm ci immediately before vitest and tsc -b && vite build, i.e. it already performs an equivalent resolver + build check against this exact lock file and passed cleanly.

CI: passing — the single required check, build (ci-dashboard.yml), is green (npm ci + vitest + tsc -b && vite build all succeeded).

Recommendation: ✅ Safe to merge — minor bump, clean lock file (only vite's own subtree moved), no prior pin being overridden, CI green. Per repo convention I'm not merging this myself.
