Ports parcel-bundler/lightningcss#1339. Preserves both original upstream commits with their original SHAs and authors, then adds a merge commit integrating rstackjs
master(5aec9d4).Remove duplicate prefix flags while emitting consecutive mask-image fallbacks with matching values, retaining declaration position and cascade behavior across different values and intervening properties.
For example, targeting Chrome 90 for
-webkit-mask-image: var(--image); mask-image: var(--image)previously emitted two identical-webkit-mask-imagedeclarations. Emit one prefixed declaration followed by the unprefixed declaration.Validation on the resulting tree:
