…tion in examples -kubernetes.yaml example to packagemanager.posit.co / noble / PythonPackageRepository, but a few user-facing defaults/examples were missed: - charts/rstudio-workbench/values.yaml: the default session repos.conf CRAN URL still used jammy (22.04) -> noble (24.04). Bumped chart 0.22.3 -> 0.22.4 + NEWS; regenerated README (README.md + README.md.gotmpl). - examples/connect/.../rstudio-connect-recommended-app-config.yaml (the non-Kubernetes / launcher off-host example): still used jammy and still set the Python index via a pip.conf ConfigMap + volume + mount. Switched to noble and the PythonPackageRepository "PyPI" config stanza (recommended since Connect 2026.05.0), dropping the pip.conf plumbing. Kept the netrc/curlrc volumes (authenticated repos). - examples/workbench/.../rstudio-workbench-recommended-app-config.yaml: jammy -> noble. Follow-up to #946 / #947.
