    First step of the yak shave is to bump rake-compiler-dock to v1.12.0 to accommodate Ruby 4.0.2 and rdoc plugins, which is in progress now.

    Edit: https://github.com/rake-compiler/rake-compiler-dock/releases/tag/v1.12.0 is out.
