Hi, I'm Lasse. I build software, design products, and care a lot about the small details that make digital things feel human.
Most of what I do sits between two worlds: building Outly with my co-founder as a real company, and shipping client work through FocusNord to fund the journey. I learn loudly, ship often, and try to write code that someone (including future-me) actually wants to read.
Outly is a social network, not an event calendar.
The vast majority of "event apps" optimize for the calendar: more invites, more notifications, more stuff to click. Outly optimizes for the opposite: fewer, deeper, real-world moments. The product is built around helping people meet face-to-face, form circles that stick, and turn the friction of organizing into something that actually happens.
We're a UG, building this with intent. Long game.
FocusNord is the service sub-brand under Outly UG. We design and build custom web products, SaaS solutions, and digital identities for clients across Germany. The work funds Outly's runway and lets us keep shipping client projects we're proud of along the way.
Think of it as: Outly is the long-term mission, FocusNord is the craft we sell while we get there.
