follow thes commands in cmd or terminal first :

Set-ExecutionPolicy -Scope Process -ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned

python -m venv .venv

.\.venv\Scripts\activate

at last if you installed uvicorn use tis command 
   uvicorn main:app --reload
otherwise just run code
