Problem
Muse (Meta's personal AI assistant) was not a supported agent, and it has no install path in the README. Its skill format also differs from the other agents: Muse reads metadata from a skill.yaml beside SKILL.md, while SKILL.md itself holds instructions alone with no frontmatter.
Change
• skills/codeintel/skill.yaml (new): descriptor mirroring the existing SKILL.md frontmatter — same name and a one-sentence description, category Work and knowledge, include_in_prompt: false (search-discovered, like other specialized skills; easy to flip if you prefer it always listed).
• README.md: Muse added to the Works-with line, plus a new Installation subsection with the exact steps — copy skills/codeintel/ to ~/workspace/custom-skills/codeintel/ and remove the frontmatter block from the copied SKILL.md.
Deliberately untouched: the core skill content in SKILL.md, and every plugin manifest — so scripts/validate.sh's manifest version-sync is unaffected (no new manifest to register).
Verification done
• skill.yaml parses as YAML; name matches the skill folder.
• Simulated the documented install: copied SKILL.md + skill.yaml and stripped the frontmatter block — the body survives intact starting at # CodeIntel.
• Read both files back from the branch to confirm the pushed content.
Not claimed: I did not re-run scripts/validate.sh / tests/test-refresh.sh locally (they cover manifests and templates, which this change does not touch) — the Validate workflow should run on this PR. I also have not yet loaded the skill inside a live Muse session.
Reproduction / try it
cp -r skills/codeintel/ ~/workspace/custom-skills/codeintel/ — then remove the frontmatter block (lines between the opening --- and closing ---) from the copied SKILL.md, restart or refresh Muse, and invoke the skill on any repository.
