Exempt our own releases from the release age - #42

Conversation
The rule covers third-party packages. A dated exception for each version of a package that we publish is work with no gain, and samebase/samebase already exempts `@samebase/*`. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Why
The release-age rule protects against new third-party packages. A dated exception for each version of a package that we publish adds work and no safety, and
samebase/samebasealready exempts@samebase/*.Summary
pnpm-workspace.yamlexempts@samebase/*, in place of the exception for@samebase/alchemy-convex@0.19.0.Validation
pnpm install --frozen-lockfilepasses, and the lockfile does not change.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
