Description
NEED #1303 TO BE MERGED FIRST SINCE IT USES THE NEW NOTIFICATION OPTION SCREEN
New queue view modes for the island:

All these options are available within the new Queue toggle with it's own sheet to change them:
Return of the non separated notification visualization now as an option for incoming notifications under the Compact heads up section, called Minimal:
(image with real notification, this still renders the queue if activated depending on the view mode)
On the UI Changes it's a full demo.
