What changed

PR changes confined to independent Bun tests and prose select the changed files plus their owning fast invariant groups. Tracked basename references, exports, compiled inputs, fixtures, snapshots, helpers, missing files and unavailable scans retain complete affected selection. Main pushes and exhaustive runs retain their previous discovery. Exact selected files feed hosted and optional local full execution. Inventories smaller than four use bounded nonempty partitions; complete plans retain four partitions. The hosted aggregate is unchanged.

Why this shape

The approved rule proves changed independent results without rerunning unchanged reverse consumers. Its conservative scan includes prose and timing-table references and handles symbolic-link entries as links. Expanded compiler build inventories reject implicitly emitted tests. This changes CI tooling and documentation only; no package changeset or machine contract update is needed.

Proof

Original passing source: base 626a03af4a9db064751230a84732755b8afa961e, head 3cac44f24b8351194dfd4e2c357c6a52b6563fb7: frozen preflight 872 tests / 5730 assertions and strict types passed. Real Git fixture repro first failed LEAF_ONLY_OWNERS. Three independent restored mutations failed the intended reference, inventory and nonempty-partition assertions.

Integration head 127b142c30145c9a3bdacc8f5bdf645a431ea95d, parent 20a5fc1131cf0bd9a9aab7d51cd53954cafb324a, grafts only this issue's eight-file layer onto delivered #2123 and subsequent main. The union preserves consumer mappings, exact validated unit inventories, reviewed costs, native command coverage and the shared PR-only optimization gate. The leaf scanner and bounded-partition function are byte-identical to the original passing source. Own patch identity is unchanged from prospective head c52ff600a on consumer head 15a565f, where strict types and all 171 focused checks passed.

On the actual integrated head, the seven-file focused run has 170 passing tests / one failing citation test, 1196 assertions. Every planner, leaf, matrix, native unit-command, cost-refresh and shard control passes. The failure is an existing base citation: governed-writable-workers names Pi session-resources build at 82 while the base function starts 85; neither file is changed here. The base blobs independently confirm that mismatch. This failed receipt is preserved and is not called green. Independently read latest main ec05e4e2ddf3aef75fd358cca4a909d63a22f91c already corrects that citation to 85-129 with build at 85; the upcoming merge retains that delivered correction.

Historical replay records the original 100 merged PRs through #2071, cutoff 2026-10-16 10:49:55 UTC, ordered by descending PR number. None of the original fifteen examples qualify: #1741 changed source, and the others are referenced/exported or also change non-prose evidence. #2001 elsewhere in that window qualifies. Committed evidence lists every input and refusal. No runtime or whole-CI speedup is claimed.

Anything left open

The maintainer's current instruction permits delivery using prior passing proof plus focused integration checks, without a full refresh solely for main advancement. Current automatic hosted proof remains pending and is recorded honestly. The recorded base citation failure is already corrected on newer main; this layer retains that upstream correction and does not weaken its guard. Merged as d6b527290fe203fca7f653464895e92775ec422f; parent 066107cf3edf4a7c05adb0d9973e3d7cf5542dcf, tree 188e7de4a31477d8cfdfc9c586afe2b82207957c matches the premerge merge-tree. Remote-main ancestry, issue closure and both 0.44.0 milestones are verified. Actual-squash focused proof has 170 passes / one citation-test failure (1196 assertions). That new failure identifies two existing upstream anchors, now tracked in #2154; both doc/source pairs are unchanged from the squash parent. Automatic main CI38915313603 is queued, not green. No acceptance scope is transferred to the documentation follow-up.
