Added documentation for both sssom and sssom-pydantic export workflows.
Added sssom-pydantic usage example.
Fixed CURIE conversion by converting source/target IRIs to CURIEs and then to
NamedReferenceobjects, resolving theSemanticMappingvalidation error caused byReferenceTuple.Updated confidence handling to keep values within the valid SSSOM
0–1range, including normalizing small floating-point overflow values such as1.0000001192092896to1.0, so the Pydantic output remains consistent with sssom output.
