docs inconsistency: stream specific README differs from assemble script #660
Description
tl;dr the README.md is inconsistent since 3.0 WRT to the form used. Either 3.0 README.md example should also use bundle config set path

Additionally, the form might've stayed the same in from-dockerfile tests.
All 3 of these places should be in-sync.

With distgen, #653 , there could be a single file. At some point it's easier to copy paste an entire file via jinja than trying to (remember to) edit 2 to 3 places at once
