Fix booking widget scroll - #245

The spatialdata booking iframe had scrolling=no with a fixed height, so expanding Show more clipped the appointment picker. Switch to scrolling=auto and give it a bit more height.
It duplicated the same block on the events page.
Reword the Book a meeting section and add an intro note making clear that a booked session is open to everyone (no need to book to attend), booking only starts a session that isn't scheduled yet. Bump first-booking window to 72h.
