Records the decision from Prototype the Run Workbench as an agent screen.

• ADR 0036 — the Run Workbench is an agent screen (layout B: appending transcript plus a Steps sidebar above 120 columns), with its show/collapse/hide, truncation, colour (everforest default), bottom region, keys and mouse, and the retired transcript overlay. It supersedes Prototype Crucible's launch and Run information architecture #23's timeline-first Run view and keeps its stay-distinct rule.
• ADR 0024 amendment — durable, live, and preview updates stay distinct as data at the Projection Port, not as on-screen styling.
• ADR 0022 note — a provider-written reasoning summary is not private reasoning; the raw chain of thought stays private.
• Glossary — adds Reasoning summary to the Run lifecycle cluster.

The throwaway prototype is on prototype/issue-247-run-workbench-agent-screen (60d1b31) and does not merge.
