Records the confirmed home command launcher and saved appearance Preferences decision: Home searches commands without a slash prefix and requires explicit selection; the theme picker supports dark/light appearance, and save failures leave the applied appearance active.
Adds Preferences to the glossary and ADR 0037 for Application/Catalog ownership, updates the topology guide, and amends ADR 0018's original fixed-theme assumption. The UX detail lives in Decide what the home screen offers: commands and settings; Decide how typed commands work in the Run Workbench compose is the separate follow-up decision.
Validation:
bun run checkpassed locally with 1,070 tests passing, 4 skipped, and compiled-binary smoke passing. The documentation received a focused review with no actionable findings. The head commit is signed and verified.
