The Harness Interface currently drops tool-call identity and flattens command output, diffs, and errors into summary strings. Record the human-approved decision for typed, identified tool observations and optional native live output, with bounded panels and truthful incomplete outcomes.
ADR 0038 also preserves existing Harness summary settings and limits context to reported values. Amend ADR 0022 and ADR 0036 accordingly, and retain the source-backed OpenCode/T3 Code investigations. Projection retention, durable/live history, and headless JSON remain the separate decision.
