Summary

Point the overlay port at the freshly tagged v0.9.5 release: update the SHA512 in packaging/vcpkg/portfile.cmake to the hash of the v0.9.5 source tarball. Follow-up of the v0.9.5 release.

Changes

• packaging/vcpkg/portfile.cmake: SHA512 → 9b68e71c…958ea1 (sha512 of https://github.com/sentomk/patternia/archive/refs/tags/v0.9.5.tar.gz).

Testing

• Hash computed locally from the downloaded release tarball.
• The companion bump in the sentomk/vcpkg fork (for the microsoft/vcpkg PR) validates the port end-to-end.

• sha512 of https://github.com/sentomk/patternia/archive/refs/tags/v0.9.5.tar.gz (and of the SentoMK/patternia archive URL that vcpkg_from_github actually fetches) is 9b68e71c…fc958ea1, matching the value in this PR.
• packaging/vcpkg/vcpkg.json on this head already declares "version": "0.9.5", so REF "v${VERSION}" resolves to the v0.9.5 tag and the port stays consistent.

One-line change, no code/API/test impact. LGTM.
