Publish the generation annotations merged in #171. Its stacked commit title was not recognised by semantic-release, so npm remains on 2.20.0. Squash this PR with its
feat:title to trigger 2.21.0.Complete the changelog for 2.19.1–2.20.0 and the upcoming release, restore missing 2.0.3/2.1.4/2.1.5 entries, and correct the 2.0.4 build-fix description against its commit. Only the changelog changes.
Verify: the configured commit analyser selects a minor release; every published stable npm version has exactly one changelog entry; dates and changes checked against release metadata and commits. The #171 release workflow passed 2,126 tests and extended regressions.
