Inline SVG in CSS can break HTML5 capture and leave a background iframe covering foreground clips. Serialise styles safely and keep failed captures within their canvas layer. Failed captures retry after content changes; stale errors cannot overwrite a newer reload.
Verify:
npm run verify:cipasses, including 2,130 tests.
