Default role assignment for newly registered users

I recently found myself needing to enable user registration in my application. Could you please explain what I should take into account to make this functionality work?

Additionally, I have another question: if my Client has multiple roles, which role is assigned by default to a newly registered user? Is this something that can be configured?

To create a user, you can execute the following HTTP request:

Method: POST
Target: /master/users
Body:
{

}

An identifier will be returned, which can then be used to add a credential as follows:

Method: POST
Target: /master/users/{id}/credentials
Body:
{

    "value": ""
  }
}

If your client has multiple roles, no role will be automatically assigned to a newly registered user.
You must first assign the role to your client, then create a group (HTTP POST: /master/groups). Next, assign the roles to the group (HTTP POST: /master/groups/{id}/roles). Finally, assign this group to the newly created user (HTTP POST: /master/users/{id}/groups/{groupId}).
