Summary

Share the four matching deploy chat validation captions through one feature-owned DeployFieldError. Keep their exact margin, type, and colour. Associate the URL validation error with its input using aria-invalid, aria-describedby, and an alert ID.

Validation

Base: improvement(ui): compose horizontal and credential fields in EMCN #8164 at be663f4e0ccac755ad45336ffb8d832e6e5332ae.
Focused tests: 10 pass, including DOM assertions for the URL error relationship.
App type check and Biome pass. Local design diff checker 3.10.7 reports zero new findings and no coverage failures against the exact PR base.
Matched source-derived fixtures: light/dark at 16px and 20px root text; all four error captions have identical computed styles and zero mismatched image channels. The validation/network error states are transient, so these are labeled isolated fixtures. Evidence is stored outside this PR.
