Giving this a shot! I'm not 100% sure what is useful context to provide in a prompt file. I basically provided a more verbose version of the instructions I have given to Copilot in the past, and had Copilot generate the prompt for me.
I'm also not 100% sure what the best way to test this is. I asked Copilot to do a dry run of the tests, and it gave... questionable results. This could be because Groot (on the base of this branch) already has a suite of unit tests included.
