chore(repo): remove the second committed rustc ICE dump - #608

Sibling of the dump removed in #602: two ICE files were written the same night (…-69464 and …-69465); #602 removed one and gitignored the pattern, but this one had already been committed on a parallel path and rode into main with the v0.6.36 release history. The gitignore prevents any future recurrence; this removes the leftover.
