Summary

Implements the landing page design proposal in #118.

  • Navbar: sticky with translucent + blur background on scroll (no border); centered Docs / Download / Pricing links and pill Login button
  • Hero: Manrope title with OpenCode selection highlight + blue caret, Download for Android CTA with icon, App Store Release Soon subtitle
  • Wave background: public/assets/landing-wave.png rendered via next/image (optimized, priority, fill)
  • Session mockup: real DOM (not an image) — status bar (9:41 + signal/wifi/battery), left-aligned title header with ghost-hover icon buttons, chat bubble, and animated typing dots; structured with #session-mockup id for future GSAP/Motion animations
  • Layout: page fills 100vh; mockup clips at viewport bottom like the design

Responsive

All breakpoints checked: mobile (<640px), tablet, desktop — title scales, mockup width/height clamp, nav collapses gracefully.

Testing

  • pnpm lint — no new issues (pre-existing errors untouched)
  • tsc --noEmit — passes

Implements #118

- sticky navbar with translucent blur on scroll, no border
- Manrope hero title with OpenCode selection caret and Android CTA
- real DOM session mockup with status bar, ghost icon buttons,
and animated typing dots (ready for future GSAP/Motion work)
- optimize wave background via next/image and clip mockup to
  viewport so page fills 100vh

- pin hero and scrub with GSAP ScrollTrigger: title exits fast,
wide card morphs into a full phone at real aspect ratio
- title collapses so phone plus feature copy lift to vertical
center; copy column grows in beside the phone
- Motion crossfade swaps chat view to model picker view,
  mirroring the mobile app UI
- stacked Motion fallback for mobile plus closing CTA

Refs #118
- Stream chat mockup tokens, tool rows and diff card driven by scroll progress
- Unify wide/phone mockups behind a CSS morph variable
- Drive mobile story from GSAP ScrollTrigger like desktop
- Standardize story copy with hairline feature list and neutral type scale

Detect the server major via opencode --version and use matching serve
flags (lowercase log level), log patterns, health paths and /api/*
routes. Mobile negotiates the version per connection, remaps
sessions/messages/permissions/files endpoints, handles both SSE
envelopes, and mutes share/todo/question on v2.

Fixes #125
Add a global opencodeBin field (~/.crosscode/config.json) so machines
where v2 lives under a different command (e.g. opencode-v2) can point
crosscode at it. CROSSCODE_OPENCODE_BIN env var overrides the file.
Defaults to opencode; version detection and flags adapt automatically.
Opencode v2 support with auto-detection + configurable binary
