Size-Exception: re-record after #4625, whose growth the maintainer accepted. One frozen floor is re-recorded: "page: live server components" goes from 39.60 to 39.76 KB, and its recorded minified goes from 119,230 to 119,699 B (+469 B).

Before: next @ 343f007 fails the size gate on the four verdict rows with #4625's accepted growth, which also turns the size check red on every open PR. #4617 and #4622 also merged since the last re-record, and they change no gated row.

After: every row CI measured above its recorded minified, or over its cap, is re-recorded.

The numbers come from next's own push size job, 125476580572 at 343f007. Caps are measured brotli + 10 B, rounded up to 0.01 KB, and never lowered. Recorded minified equals the measured value.
