chore(ci): cancel superseded pull request runs

[damacus]

Cancel older CI runs for the same pull request when a new commit arrives, so obsolete lint, unit and integration jobs stop consuming runner time. Runs for different pull requests remain independent, and main-branch and release runs are not cancelled by this rule.
