Point Homebrew install at the spacefast/tap tap

The docs told people to run brew install spacefast, but the formula is not in homebrew-core, so that command fails. The formula now lives in the public spacefast/homebrew-tap.

• Quickstart and the CLI overview now use brew install spacefast/tap/spacefast.
• The CLI overview shows the Homebrew command as its own block and notes brew upgrade spacefast.
• The Node.js 20.3 requirement now applies to the npm package only. Homebrew and the standalone binaries bundle their own runtime.

Checked: the tap's CI installs and tests the formula on macOS (arm64, Intel) and Linux (x64, arm64). verify:public-safety and verify:commands pass. verify:prose reports 2 spelling alerts that already fail on main and aren't touched here.
