zero-perfect is stale against CLI 0.2.2 and won't compile if bumped #9

Found while building astro-zero (2026-08-31). `examples/zero-perfect/site` pins `@spacefast/zero` `^0.0.19` and no longer matches the shipped 0.2.2 API:

• `server/index.ts` uses `.where(...).orderBy(...).all()`; the current API is `.withIndex(...).order(...).collect()`.
• The client imports `SignInWithGravatar` / `SignOut`, which `@spacefast/zero/client` no longer exports.

The flagship Zero recipe should track the current API (and probably get a CI check that it compiles against latest, since the published space keeps working while the recipe silently rots).
