spin moves to Go 1.27.2 and golangci-lint 2.14.0 (spin#369): 2.13.2 cannot read 1.27.2's export data, and every repository lints with spin's version. task lint is clean. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
