versions url, and sbom's patches as pedigree - #35

versions url says a download's URL at its version, for what writes it down - spin-machine's SOURCES named the kernel's at another host than the pin. sbom.Patched, and pins -patches name=dir, put each patch a build applied into its component's pedigree, its name and its text. Two pieces for the SBOM gaps.
versions url <name>: a download entry's URL at its version. spin-machine's SOURCES will take the kernel's real URL from it. Today SOURCES writes cdn.kernel.org, while versions.yaml pins 7.3-rc5 from git.kernel.org/torvalds.sbom.Patchedandsbom pins -patches <name>=<dir>: a component built with a directory's*.patchapplied, in name order. Each patch goes into its pedigree with its name and text, so a patched QEMU, kernel or qboot is not taken for upstream's.mutate: 58 refused, 0 survived.
