Any repository can call a public reusable workflow, and its run's certificate names build-release.yml@refs/heads/main over what that repository checked out. The builder's job now runs only in spin-stack/spin-machine (attestgate's Repository, go-tools defd29b), and each cosign verify - the builder's own, task osv's, the operator's in docs/releasing.md - adds --certificate-github-workflow-repository spin-stack/spin-machine.
