Java enhanced for-loop variables are incorrectly classified as fields

[SyreenBan]

Example:

for (float f : array) {
    ...
}

The identifier f is declared within the enhanced for loop and should be classified as a local variable. However, nameCollector classifies it as a field.

Expected: f should be classified as a local variable.
