Load shared provider icon stores in Playground

Summary

• load the CLI-created icon-store root once and discover audited AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, and Simple Icons provider directories
• validate every selected pack atomically before replacing the Playground icon set
• keep the mobile provider-icon trigger optically centered before and after packs are loaded
• update the provider catalog and all four documentation locales for the simplified CLI 0.3.0 workflow, shared XDG store, configuration, and project-local overrides
• replace the stale private-CLI status in the public documentation
