Summary

• Publish the installable stack-diagrams Agent Skill, with scoped source generation, editing, validation, provider and installation guidance.
• Add four localized coding-agent guides, a shared copyable instruction, navigation and llms discovery links.
• Run skill CLI commands in the existing attested-release documentation smoke.

Validation

• Two independent limited trials (Docs-only and skill-assisted) generated and edited Japanese architecture diagrams with CLI 0.4.0; both passed check/render without diagnostics. No comparative success-rate claim.
• 29 UI tests, 13 script tests, 56-page build, 11 unique safe command examples, invalid-flag negative test, skill format validator.
• CLI installation is separate from skill installation. No remote MCP server or source-upload service is introduced.

Published-install and production checks will follow deployment.
