Use the CLI repository as the agent skill installation source

• Switch all four coding-agent guides to npx skills add stack-sh/cli.
• Remove the duplicate website-owned skill and link to the CLI source.
• Fetch the merged CLI skill revision with SHA-256 verification before running the existing released-binary documentation smoke tests.
• Test immutable revision enforcement, retrieval failure, and content tampering.

Validation

• Formatting and lint passed.
• 29 UI tests and 15 script tests passed.
• Full build and validation of 56 documentation pages passed.
• Published CLI 0.4.0 executed 11 safe unique commands; unsupported flags were rejected.
• Live CLI release freshness check passed.
