Re-applies #1674 (
feat(mecatui): own configurable terminal titles) after it was reverted by #1743, with the rendering regression fixed.The terminal-title controller retains OSC 0 and writes it immediately before each Bubble Tea frame. It now also forwards stdout's
ReadandFdcapabilities, so Bubble Tea still recognizes the output as a terminal and obtains real terminal geometry.Validation
