Bumps the docs app from Blume 1.6.0 to 1.6.3 (three patch releases).

Notables for our site:

• 1.6.2 serves a read-only JSON docs API, prerendered for static output: /openapi.json, /api/docs/pages.json, /api/docs/navigation.json. Fits the agent-first story; ai.api: false would turn it off.
• 1.6.1 fixes Copy as Markdown in Safari and Firefox and moves Astro/Vite caches into .blume, so parallel builds no longer share one content store.
