notify-failure.ymlruns when a run ofCheck AUR Package Updatescompletes, and its job runs when that run failed or timed out. It opens one issue,❌ Check AUR Package Updates failed, with the link to the run, its branch and the failed jobs, and opens no second one while it is open. A run that failed inimageorchecknever reachedpublish, so nothing reported it before. With Issues turned off, the workflow prints a notice, as the issue step ofpublishdoes. It hasactions: readandissues: writeand checks out nothing.docs/WORKFLOW.md5.7 describes the workflow.
